Case Study. Event: Future Choices - Live & Local

ruralnet|online webspace was used for our most ambitious attempt so far at adding value to a face-to-face event. This website ran in parallel with the face-to-face event and incorporated new material and themes online that there wasn’t time to cover at the event itself.

The website pulled in video from YouTube and Powerpoint presentations (some with audio) from a free service called Slideshare. We also incorporated a system called ‘Crowdvine’ to support networking before, during and after the event.
