What foods are you unable to resist when dieting, no matter how hard you try? While everyone knows about chocolate being more-ish, what are your own favourite foods you simply can't live without. Add your list of foods below.
Thanks,

I find I simply cannot resist anchovies. I used to hate them, but as I've got older I seem to find them more and more more-ish. There is a deli by my office and I can't stop going there at lunchtime.

Topics or Twix. These are my 2 favourite chocolate bars and even when I am on a diet - which is virtually all the time - I have to treat myself to one or the other once a week!! Dieting is too hard

I like cheese. I can ditch the choclate everytime but put a lump of cheddar in the fridge and I can't stop nibbling at it when I get back from work.

I have been on a diet for the last month and I don't seem to get too many food cravings, but I do find it hard at the weekends to lay off the booze. On a Friday night I always fancy a few pints - but at 1,000 calories or so it defeats the object of dieting. Christmas Eve I will treat myself though...

I find it hard to not eat potatoes when I am on a diet. They are high in carbs so know I should avoid them, but most of the foods I can cook involve a spud somewhere along the line. Anyone got any alternatives to the humble spud for my dinners?

You could replace the usual potatoe for a sweet potato - its a super food and better for you with less carbs I think...
