I've recently been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. Can anyone pass on any advice on what foods I should eat and what foods I should definately avoid? Thanks, S..

I think foods made with wheat can be particularly bad for those with IBS. Try and lay off the pasta and breads and see how that does for your tummy.

IBS Sufferers - I agree to lay off the wheat foods i.e. bread, biscuits etc May be beneficial to you to take Aloe Vera drinking gel daily for 90 day. I suffer from diverticulitus and by drinking the gel I have managed to stave off really bad attacks
