Adding the e-mail addresses that we use to contact you ensures that you always receive our newsletters and offers direct to your in-box. Adding addresses to your safe list is easy too, follow the instructions below, depending on what e-mail format you use.
Hotmail
Click Options (In the Far Right Corner)
On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.
Click on Safe List.
Type in both e-mail addresses: admin@keepthedoctoraway.co.uk
and news@keepthedoctoraway.co.uk
and then click Add.
Note: You can also just choose to
add the domain (a domain is the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign) and then click Add.
Outlook
If you use Outlook, adding the address to your Safe List is easy:
Open your email.
On the toolbar click on "Actions."
Right click on the email.
Click on Junk Mail.
Double click on Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
A dialogue box will appear with the words “The sender of
the selected message has been added to your safe senders list”
Click the “OK” button to confirm.
Your email message will be automatically entered into your Outlook contacts
list.
Note: Following the same method as above, you can also add the domain (a
domain is the part of an e-mail address that follows the
@ sign) to your Safe List. Instead of clicking Add Sender to Safe Senders
List though, double click on Add Sender’s Domain to Safe Senders List.
Open up the email
Click on the "Add Address" icon.
The email address is automatically added in the name and email fields in the
"Add Contact" dialogue box. Verify that the information is correct.
Then click the Save button.
Your email message will be automatically entered into your AOL address book.
Gmail
Open the email.
Click on the "More options" link next to the date.
Click on "Add sender to Contacts list" in the options below the
Subject line.
Your email message will be automatically entered into your Gmail contacts
list.

Yahoo
Open the email.
Click the "Add to Address Book" link next to the icon on the right.
The email address is automatically populated in the email field in the "Add
to Address Book" page.
Make sure that the information, including the email address, is correct.
Click "Add to Address Book."
EarthLink
Open up the email.
Click your mailbox's "Message" menu and choose "Add Senders"
to your address book.
