Gabby Asks:
I just accidentally died my blonde hair black and I really hate it and want to lighten it, but I’ve been told there’s no way and I just have to wait until it fades more. Is there nothing else I can do?
Lisa’s Answer
Hi Gabby, it is possible to strip the dark colour from your hair. However this is a long process in the salon. You may not get it back to your previous colour straight away, so a couple of visits may be necessary. Aim for a lighter brown with lights to begin with like Liz Hurley, and then build on this. Keep up a good hair care regime at home with regular treatments; Kerastase offer a great prescriptive range. And go to a reputable salon to get this done. Don’t try this one at home.
